Shipping
All of the Waves of GratitudeŽ custom designed pieces are carefully crafted and assembled in preparation of shipping. Your order will be shipped in approximately 4-6 weeks from the time your order is placed. You will receive an email confirmation based on the information you gave us at the time the order is shipped which will include a tracking number.



Standard Delivery
Waves of Gratitude gives special attention to ensure your order arrives safely. Our standard shipping is via UPS. Your order is tracked from the minute it is received at our warehouse until it is safely in your hands. Waves of Gratitude charges a flat fee for shipping the first item within the continental U.S. Additional shipping fees may apply if orders need to be sent in multiple packages and to orders outside the continental U.S.

Returns & Exchanges
Articles are accepted for credit or exchange in the U.S. if returned unworn within 30 days, accompanied by a sales invoice which was emailed with your order and can be reprinted from our website. Returns may be sent to our Customer Service Center.

A refund will be made to the purchaser upon request if payment has been received. Gift recipients are entitled to a nonrefundable merchandise credit and need to return the packing receipt with the item. To return or exchange your gift selection, please follow the instructions included with your package.

A return authorization is required before any returns can be made. After you contact us via our website, you will receive an email with your authorization number. In order to issue a refund or credit, you need to include a copy of the invoice or packing receipt. To cover the cost of the original shipping fee and restocking, a fee of $14.95 or 10% of the product cost whichever is greater will be deducted from your refund.
